i just germinated 2 year ole semilanceata-spores....works fine on the oatmeal-agar...also standard MEA works fine....dont make the agar too rich...old spores need a longer time to rehydrate...but 6 -12 months should not be a problem (storage?)

if you have kept them at a mellow state you should be able to keep spores for a long time . i have had no problem with stuntzii spores that i have had for a year. the same success was experienced with semis. good luck.
