Flush them until they fall to contams and then toss them. Unless everything is perfectly sterile you will fail using them to spawn other jars and unless you have spent lots of money on your chamber, I doubt that is the case

How would you flush them again? Just clean them off and put new verm on them or what?

I think you can just re-humudify the top verm layer by misting, cleaning it off and applying new (preferbly sterilized) moist verm is the best, but I think misting it is fine.
