Love as a child.
    #859434 - 09/02/02 06:53 PM (14 years, 10 months ago)

sweet innocence surrounds the womb,
fed by compassion, growing towards the unknown.
breaking free of this chain...
a dark leap across the gap,
through the fiery hole.
screaming for peace...
is this worth it?

let the water cool your burns, sweet child.
soothe your soul, as rain heals a parched land.
let the Mother bathe and heal you,
so you may experience duality once more...

it's almost done... let go of your fear.
surrender to this light, this warmth.
love is who you are.

Nice poem Adamist.
My brother had a boy last month... he's so small and beautiful.

Okay I'm going to post a few more poems I've written recently in the same thread so I won't keep making posts that some people don't wanna read...

This is called "transcendence" :

your possessions of Earthly matter are empty
void of substance, an illusion of maya
when death comes you can't bring a suit-case
only your memories survive
to continue to expand this ever-growing being

materials weigh down the soul
gravity is the tool of the 'devil', the Mother
but she lets us choose to be in her grasp
we ate of the fruit, we are free to leave
now to cut our umbilical cords that keep us connected

when our soul is light, we transcend gravity
when there is no ego anchoring us down
we are free to return
within we have come, within we shall go
cut your cord of darkness...
the light is calling.

"Written Destruction"

contributing itself to the fear of the fearful
it lays amongst the unknowing herd
that seems to have lost it's sense of direction
to the conflict stemming from a written word

hiding in the shadows, invisible to their sleep
it creeps along into the dreams, of the tired sheep

desire blinding as it always does
the poison does it's job
the sheep awake anew again
unaware of what's been robbed

and so the flock abandons peace
to roam throughout the lands
with the source of strife attached
to it's poisoned hands

"Drowning Illusions"

facing you once again, my age-old shadow
you work to keep me here, frozen in place
i yearn to be light, i tire of this dream
your womb is full, a long over-due birth
cut the cord... i can breathe on my own

a passing warmth
a passing warmth
a passing feeling
dreaming out, and then back in
closer now, to the beginning and end
this chaos before (and after)
is necessary.

a passing illusion.
look past the veil,
towards the light...

it's calling you forward.
swim with the current,
surrendur to your Self.

(Last one, I promise!)

"There Is No End"

i am lost in a pretty picture hanging from the wall
dazed and slow waiting for the call
dirty shoes like dirty memories
walking through endless piles of shit
swinging back again after being tricked to think
this was the end.
oh how this joke has lost it's humor
from my lonely perspective, hiding in the dark
i am dreaming reality, can't see nothing real
these feelings are all i have, what may guide me through
is the bright light of love, this is my torch
i will use to burn my obstacles
guided by the light like the ignorant fly
enter these flames with no fear
purge my shadow, my darkly tainted soul
it is time, i have grown, closer now
engulf me.

I was thinking about being a child. I was always happy. Growing up, not knowing alot, exploring. There was the whole world infront of me wich i did not understand. It seemed endless, and i had fun, and experianced, and learned. Then one point, i relized there is no more to learn. Modern society doesnt care about why we are here, how our brain works, and evolving as humans. This sidetracked me to stop learning, and start doing what they tell me till i die. I enjoy many things in life, most of them require money, or a variety other social costs...however the one i like to best comes free, and its the one thing that no one can deprive me of.
