Non-Transparent Terrarium for PF Cakes?

To explain my situation a bit more, I want 3 terrariums for a 6 cake capacity each. As the typical first time grower I want to grow 18 cakes my first time, and from there on I want to use casings as I have been told they greatly increase the yield and flushes.
Now for my casings, the box can obviously not be transparent, especially since I will plan to grow casings everytime after my first time growing cakes. But Ive never seen or heard of anyone who has grown cakes using a non-transparent terrarium since I would hate having to buy 3 transparent terrariums just to grow cakes once.
The general question here would then be, what effects would growing cakes in a non-transparent terrarium have any different effects as oposed to growing them in transparent terrariums? Would it be detremental to the cakes in any way? Should I take any other special precautions that I wouldnt have to take in a transparent terrarium?
Whats the overall difference guys?

There really is no difference other than a clear terrarium can let in light easier so you may not even need a light source other than from your window or from your light in your room or what not.
Personally I stick with the non-transparent type of tupperwares. And anything that I find that I need that is clear, gets painted black. Heh. :P
The only thing you need to make sure is that the non-transparent tupperware has a way to receive light, but that I think is a given.

As long as the top is clear to allow light in there would be no difference.
But why do you say the terrariums for casings should be non-transparent? The casing trays themselves should not be clear but the terrarium itself is fine to be transparent. There is no difference between the setup used for cakes and casings.

I read it somewhere on shroomery. I remeber it said a non-transparent box is preferable as direct light doesn't reach the bottom casing layer, and then the water doesn't over-evaporate.
Or something along the lines of that...

Your casing tray should be non-transparent, the terrarium can be transparent.
