I walked straight into a spider web today :frown: like spider plus my eyes equals what i did

But i found more of what i think are gyms (i dont plan on eating them, just dry/keeping them)

Yeah the first and second mushrooms, mushrooms demystified said they are a group of mushrooms not just one type...

Gymnopilus sapineus (Common and Boring Gymnopilus)
edibility unknown

the books says there are several indistinguishable mushrooms that will more or less fit  the description in the book...

They might not even be gyms but they key out to them...

Here are the new ones found.. i even found some yellow ones, but  the key says they can be yellowish when young

IDK man ive only found G. spectabilus and G. luteofolius you said you observed no blue bruising or green

No they didnt, and Gymnopilus sapineus doesnt bruise blue either from what i read so that part fits also..

What kind of hunting do you want to do? Woods? Cow field?

The second time i went out in those woods i got lost on the way back... i THOUGHT i was going straight back from where i came, but instead i was going to the left... Do you got a compass?

Also paw i found a safe way to get on that one big field... But it takes a bit of a walk to get around to the other side... You wont have to be jumping stones in no bayou or anything :laugh:
