It depends on the mixture. I've had a batch of juice go bad overnight (it was not refridgerated). I've also had batches last a couple weeks in the fridge with no noticeable potency loss. I haven't kept shroom juice/tea much longer than that as it sucks when a liter of perfectly good shroom juice goes to waste. So, I can't tell you what happens after a month or whatever, but two weeks in the fridge is pushing it.
