Yeah.  You shouldn't even really fear death ideally, but there are pleanty of things that are perfectly valid to fear.  Like bears, and volcanoes.

death isn't scary, but some of the methods are. I fear pain, rejection, humiliation, disappointing my family, and Chupacabras

Yeah, it's scary to think of the last few moments of life definitely, but the actual concept of death doesn't really bother me.  It wasn't bad for the 15 billion years before I was born, I don't see why it would be any different afterwards.

Sure. Pain?

I'm not afraid of death so much, but there are forms of pain I am afraid of.

i fear bees hardcore man.  its actually turned into a general phobia of all flying insects.

one time i was up north with my buddies on a huge amount of acid.  while playing with a frisbee a wasp nest got knocked out of a tree and i was stung over 90 times all over my body, on my eyes and in my mouth.  i was revived with an epipen and my friends made me look at myself in the mirror because i looked like quasi moto because of the venom.  ever since i go nuts if a flying insect takes any interest in me at all.

when the wasps poured out over me i screamed like a little girl and ran down a hill and jumped in my lake.  i was under water for about 45 seconds but i used a lot of oxygen sprinting down the hill.  when i came up to gasp for air 5 of em when right to the back of my throat and in my mouth.  i swam under water, under my dock, i could feel the venom coursing thru my blood like i had shot up gasoline.  i eventually crawled up to shore where my friends were (they had been stung a fe times too but not nearly as bad) .  thats where they stuck me with an epipen in my neck.
