I would not swing like that in my house. Outside is where I do most of my exercise. nearly exercise you can think of has been developed for the KB. A favorite of mine is juggling them.

I thought you needed at least two balls to be juggling. He was just flipping it.

With kettlebells one is considered juggling. When you consider the fact that a massive iron ball is being casually tossed through the air it is impressive. It take a great deal of hand eye coordination in conjunction with strength and speed. Give it a try with the 26 you have...you'll see what I mean quickly.

I have. I can do it for awhile but then lose my concentration. With a little practice it would be ok.

I can also juggle.

If one is flipping or tossing one object, it cannot be considered "juggling."

Don't take my word ...google kettlebell juggling. I didn't call it that...that is what it is called. Here is a good example as well.

I'm good for about 3 min with a 25 lb, and can toss the 35 a little. I am scared to try a heavier weight than that right now. I like my feet.

I believe their terminology is incorrect which negates that whole web site.

That was mean and inconsiderate. Unless you're lying and covering your ass.
