to take a piss and found a retarded guy pissing in the urinal with his pants all the way down to his ankles? I've had this happen on more than one occasion and I'm dumbfounded as to what the actual point of them doing that is. How is it any easier to piss with your pants down and why don't retarded people get embarrassed by other people seeing them ass naked in public?

Its more work bending down to pick ur pants back up from ur ankles, and ur all getting piss etc on ur pants if u let them touch the ground like dat really not a good idea. I've seen it once. Didn't like it. But I didnt say anything either.

it's some weird shit but i've asked some of my friends, and the general consensus is that like 50% of people wipe standing up.
like i was dumbfounded when i found out people do it like that, and so were they when i told they i do it sitting down. weird? yah.

Yeah, I'm a stander, it allows for more of a reach around, and if necessary the ability to see your work.
As for retards with their pants around their ankles I think I've seen it before, but I don't try to remember those types of things. Maybe their not retarded and their just trying to get attention, in a weird way. But once I was in a sit in pizza hut eating and a van full of 30 year old retards came in to eat and me and my friend were holding back tears and laughter. I felt kind of bad but I've never seen such a large congregation of middle aged retards hanging out together before.

Maybe they enjoy the cool breeze against their buttocks?  I don't know. It would be awesome to feel secure enough not to let something like that em-bare-ass you, though, wouldn't it? A lot of people are much too self conscious.
I think I remember one kid doing this in grade three or four. His name was Bryce. He wasn't retarded, but he did have a tree stump he would use to mix dirt and water and call it his McDonald's...

I was a stander until a few months ago when I saw it mentioned on the Shroomery.  Honestly, I'd never thought about the possibility of wiping sitting down. It's just one of those things. After nineteen years standing up it just felt natural!

The worst thing that happened to me in a public toilet, was when i was very drunk at a bar. I decided to take a piss and there was some asian guy standing at the urinal. I didn't think much of it and proceeded as normal. When i pulled my dick out the asian guy looked directly at it, then at me, then back at my dick. This was very disturbing, so i just said "fuck this" and left the toilet as quickly as i could.

What to do in a public bathroom that is busy...
You get a cantaloupe or something of similar size and put it in a back pack, go into the stall, hang back pack on stall door hook, then take out cantaloupe, then stand above toilet, so feet or in prime shitting position, make some nice poo noises, like your really working on a good one after a two week H binge, then drop then twist around so feet are still in shitting position and drop the cantaloupe from about chest height...hilarity ensues
Now leave the bathroom getting a good look at everyones face, the expressions are teh best

I did the whole pants to the ankles thing until the first grade, first time I'd used a public urinal (maybe kindergarten, can't remember). Some kid was just like, "What are you? Retarded? You don't have to drop 'em all the way..."
