I sent for a catalog. I'll scan and post it when I get it.

When purchasing mexicana, avoid cultures. Most, if not all, are ancient isolates of limited viability. If anyone locates a print for sale, let me know.

Ok, I got the brochure. Wow, very impressive. It's worth the $1. Unfortunately, its in a tiny font and lists 355 species on lavendar paper. Since most of the species are not of interest to most of the Shroomery community and the small font/lavendar paper probably wouldn't scan well anyway, I'll just list the good parts.

It seems they only provide partial print samples and donot guarantee growing success. Spores are viable and there is a 30 day money back guarantee if you return the material unused. Specimens are collected under non-sterile field and semi-sterile lab conditions and cannot be guaranteed free of contaminates. Isolation is recommended. Each sample contains thousands of inspected and tested viable spores. Suppliers wanted under strict guidelines.

Species and Prices of interest:

Psilocybe azurescens $45
P. baeocystis $30
P. caerulescens $30
P. caerulipes $34
P. coprophilia $30
P. cubensis $24
P. cubensis var. azurligncola $45
P. cyanescens: $30
P. cyanofibrillosa $35
P. fimentaria $45
P. inquilana $34
P. medaria $29
P. montana $35
P. pelliculosa $24
P. samuinensis $69
P. semilanceata $24
P. silvatica $29
P. squamosa $35
P. strictipes $24
P. stuntzii $24
P. umbonatescens $65
P. unknown sp. (a,b,c,d,e&f) $30
P. tampanensis $45

Panaeolus cyanescens $29
P. subbalteatus $24
(several other inert pans clipped)

Conocybe smithii $35

Lepiota peele $39

+ hundreds of edible, toxic and nonedible species. They list their goal as 2000 species.

They also offer calendars, forays, identification service ($19) and club memberships. It looks like they will soon have a webpage up soon at http://petfungus.com

They currently have a webpage at:
http://petfungus.tripod.com/index.html

Email at landscapes@petfungus.com and tell them Workman sent ya. I don't know for sure if they are reputable but they say they have been around since 1974.
