yeah-like moe said.i'd go with the heating rocks,or something else water resistant(heating pads suck...but maybe you could wrap um in plastic or something..but i've seen somebody get shocked with em,so i avoid)in the cooler months,i use 4 heating rocks per greenhouse(3ftx3ft).and the trick is to stand them on their sides so they dont directly sit on the perlite underneath(if your using perlite)and dry it out(or you can rig an irigation system setup....nevermind..thats a different subject
