dont. its as simple as that, especially if your new at it, just follow the mmgg / pf method w/ ramsey seal. be sterile, be carefull...
and if you do get denatured alcohol be damn carefull, it is dangerous.. like seeing with your eyes? dont drink it..

try eating 2-3 grams of syrian rue 30 minutes before you eat your shrooms.
doubles potency and duration.

Hey if you descide to take some rue you should know that it is a MAOI be sure check it up.It could be a very unpleasent experience if you mix it with the wrong stuff.I got some pills one time of a guy that said it should be a god way to trip harder.What he didnt tell me was that it was rue extract and that came to be the singel most unpleasent experience of my life.

www.jlfcatalog.com for syrian rue seed... Buy some and then ground it up into a powder.... You need about 3 grams of this ground seed material (about 1 1/4 teaspoon) Then I would suggest packing it into empty capsules (get at Gnc)... also make sure you dont eat anything for awhile before taking the rue... it blocks your stomach from breaking things down thus making your mushroom trip much stronger. However if you ingest certain foods at this time you could get very sick or it could be fatal so play by the rules on this one... Very dangerous food are

As a suggestion I say dont eat anything for a day or atleast a half day before you want to do the rue and mushrooms. Then take the capsules about 2 hours befor you want to take the mushrooms. Be careful with this because Rue is NO JOKE! Its very powerful and can double the power of the shrooms you take causeing very unusual experiences. Its good and you will learn much but be cautious and expect that there may be some nausea and you may vomit but it usually happens quick if it happens. Good Luck. PEACE
