Big Mushroom ID

I found this mushroom growing on a wet log today. I am wondering if anyone could give me a hand identifying it.
Habitat: An old wood log
Gills: Pores, off white
Stem: White, 1 inch in diameter, and firm
Cap: 7 inches across, smooth and firm. Tan with very light rings around the center. Slight depression in the center as well
Spore Print: White
Bruising: None was observed. There are small black spots but I think those might be wood
Location: Florida
Additionally, it has a wonderful fragrant smell. Here are some pictures:

Thanks!

Yeah I didn't expect it to be active, but I would love if it were edible

Try this key:

There's some dirt and wood, but no blackening as far as I can tell. I'm messing around with the key, but unfortunately not getting results that look similar. Interesting tool though.

Looks similar in some of the pictures that I am finding, but these seem to have a darker and smaller cap.

The spore print turned out white it appears. Here are some pictures of the print. The light spores on the aluminum foil are not particularly easy to photograph or see though
