Just finished this Photoshop piece today. It's a gift picture for a friend...Comments/critiques welcome, as always :smile:

Did you do everything?? If so nice job! The sun looks like its going down, and you could have given it more shadow to add depth to it...I don't do much in photoshop, but just an idea. Like it!

I like it ... the "epic" feeling from the vibrant sun and dramatic pose make it a strong conceptual piece.  I agree with MHbound about adding more contrast in the form of shadows or dark areas ... because the sun is in the back of the image, the pot plants should be dark in front, where we see ... if it were a real scene, there would a glow around the edges of the leaves from the sun's dwindling light, and the "inside" area of the leaves would be darker.  not so dark you can't make them out to be what they are, but enough to show that the light source is fairly consistent and falls where it should.

aside from that, a well-enjoyed piece.  I'm especially impressed by how it doesn't look "cut-and-paste", all the outlines of the figure and the plants are smooth and layer well against each other.  keep drawing!  you have much talent, I can see .. let's see where it goes from here!
