you may just want to dilute some h2o2 (hydrogen peroxide) in water and put a few drops on this contam. it will most likely kill it

I had that exact same contam a year ago. I threw 'em out. No sense in chancing it.

that grey stuff is very nasty.
throw them away.
btw, be sure to bake those contamed jars at 400*F an hour before opening.
you don't want to breath/spread that stuff.
