Anxiety for upcoming arraignment...HELP!

I really need some help, or at least some ideas.

My arraignment for my trial is coming up in the next 2 weeks, and I just found out. The head of the DEA is going to be there, and my attorney is saying that he is probably going to ask me to testify against one of my really good friends in exchange for leniency. I have no intentions at this point of doing it by the way.

The reason for this post is...I'm fucking anxious, I'm having anxiety all day long I'm going on vacation with my family in case something were to happen, and I won't even be able to enjoy it. I can't go in public I feel like I'm  having anxiety attacks all day long.

I don't have connections to benzo's I don't take them, and I'm looking for a herbal remedy but I really don't think a herbal remedy is going to work. So that leaves me with one other option getting a few Valium or something to help me enjoy my vacation, which could be my last one for awhile with my family. Problem is I'm in my mid 20's, and as soon as I walk into a doctor he is going to just look at me at be like bullshit. I don't want to tell him my whole story because...Wouldn't he be less likely to help me out? Plus its Saturday, and the only options I have for a doctor are the little clinics, or the hospital. Would they give you a few? I don't want 30, or even 20 for that matter just a 5-10 to last this week and try to enjoy it.

I really need some help I don't want to make this vacation any more gloomy than its already going to be. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Well it started with the friend they want me to testify against...Me and him were getting in 15-20 lbs at a time of real good pot, and we were the only ones really getting it in at the time so it wasn't hard to track it back to us. Anyway, they started with him and worked their way to me...I could get possible distribution charges, but my attorney(former district attorney) says they will drop that and give me possession in the first degree I think is what he said. Still possession of 10+ lbs(which is what they will say) in the state of Alabama isn't cool.

Go to a doctor and tell him whats going on, (the truth) and see if you can get a script.

Good luck on the trial, and why is John Walters going to be at some crumbs trial, doesn't make sense, not like you got caught with 10 gallons of safrole and a $750,000 pill press.

Haha. Well I was caught on campus making it a federal crime. I wasn't talking about the head of the federal dea. I meant the head of our state dea, and the only reason he'll be here is because the guy we got our bud from has a very large indoor crop(rooms for the to sell bud, and rooms for the to smoke bud. the to smoke bud we only could get an ounce a week, but man it was soo good)somewhere not to be said...And he wants to know where. He's trying to get to me, but my attorney is very good...But being from Alabama you never know whats going to happen. Thanks guys!! I guess I'll just be straight forward, and try to get some sympathy.

I have a former DA on my very very very very very very very very weak non drug related case.

Did you even get caught with weed?

Sounds like a worthless trial if not. If they are giving you possession instead, sounds like you didnt have very much and they want the source.

they're asking your friend to do the same against you, both ends
against the middle and you've already seen what 'leniency' from
the courts are, 3-5 years in state, the prosecutor cant do
anything more than recommend to a judge  on sentencing, the actual
sentence is up to the judge and I've seen judges make examples of
people regardless of cooperation and recommendations

Exactly. This is a new judge, and am worried he is going to make an example out of me. Why would you want to ruin someones life for something so ridiculous. We had no weapons in the house. We were harmless, but got thrown around like a bunch of fucking rag dolls. I'm thinking my friend may have rolled on me...It seems like the closer we get to trial the more the heat is getting put on me to say something...Even by my own attorney, but I can't do it.

I was at the house when they raided the place. They know, and if given the chance can and will prove it to the jury that I was involved. Apparently these guys had been watching for quite sometime. Not like I'm some drug kingpin or anything, but they are going to make it seem that way. I was in the house, and can be charged with whatever they decide to. If they want to give me distribution they can. I was on a college campus, and they can bend me over and put a banana in my ass if they want. Plus my previous 2 possession charges don't help...All are minor, but still on my record.

I don't know what the fuck to do...I won't last in prison. I'll stab someone just to be put in my own little cell. I'm a trippy little white boy who just wants to be left the fuck alone.

Any suggestions on Valium or anything? It would be nice to be able to ease my mind a little for this trip.

Yea. T-town. Hmm, man its been over a year now. Happened around this time last year. This past October is when they started to try, and turn up the heat...But I turned it back down. Not much in the papers about it...Its in there, but not much. They arrested us, and basically kept it a secret. They want the growers name. You'll probably see more about it after the trial. Its old news though so I doubt they say much plus I mean its not that big of a deal. I think my friend is working with them, and so they are keeping it quiet so nobody gets suspicious. No really sure though...
