How much do they really care?

Of course we can only theorize, but do you think the police really care all that much about mushroom cultivation? Is it pretty low on their priority list with hard drugs and and rampant marijuana cultivation to deal with? I can hardly imagine a crack team of investigators working on mushroom cultivation w/ a budget of millions to work with.

In the US, the police have mainly focused on terrorism after the 9/11 attacks, which has lead more drugs and stuff to be brought in. (So ive heard), as far as mushroom cultivation, we all know from bluethumbs that they do monitor, but i think they would be looking at someone who has an intent to sell or producing large quantities of mushrooms. Or the vendors... If you grow illegal mushrooms for yourself in very small amounts and are discrete about it, then i doubt you will run into problems with the law enforcement. Although, if you start to turn your produce into profit, then you may end up in places you dont want to be.
Unfortuantly, i cant give much more information than that since ive never been in that kinda situation, due to the fact that i dont sell, nor grow any illegal substances.

The DEA isn't worried by mushroom cultivation very much, mushrooms are pretty low on their priority list. Cops, on the other hand wanna bust anyone making or selling any illegal substance.. Most are pretty ignorant about mushrooms, though. They just arent popular enough for them to be so concerned.

I would believe they would crack down on the overgrow before this site but still. Use your head. Stay discreet. Dont grow more then you need and you should stay out of trouble.
