semilanceata-mycelium is cottony (tomentose)...and very slow growing usually (depends on agar)....maybe you should put it on more petris with a differnt formula to see what it does...

im growing just know some jars with semilanceata mycelium in honey water solution with birdseed tea added... well after a little delay the spores germinate and well it grows in this solution quicker than i thought before i saw it...
i plan do lot of liquid mycelium to use it in a big pack of straw in outdoors in the mountains... maybe big quantity of mycelium in water honey solution allows quicker colonization... still investigating..
To germinate the spores wigh were taken in wild.. i used activated charcoal... and there is a big difference between using it or not...In the solution without activated charcoal the spores last 10 days more to germinate...
