best oyster mushroom strain?

what would be the best strain of oyster mushroom to grow for profit?

i my opinion, the best should be pleurotus ostreatus, because can fruit in a wide range of temps (6-25 celsius), that's mean you will get mushroom the whole year

a good approach could be work primarily with ostreatus the whole year and get other mushrooms (shimeji, other oyster species, enoki) as secondary resource. oysters different than ostreatus in summer and shimeji-enoki in winter
