 My First Baby Monotub (Equador strain) *pictures

So I sent few €'s to FSRE and pleased by that they sent me a print of Psilocybe Cubensis "Equador". Thanks to FSRE and especially to those who've sent prints.
Sterilized 1,5litres of corn and inoculated them with a spore syringe. About three weeks of the inoculation jar was fully colonized. For 2 weeks I kept them in fridge.
After that I speed leeched the horse poo I pasteurized it for 45minutes in 72-76c. The poo dried for 12 hours in a pillowcase and then I squeezed the excess water out one fistful at a time.
I cleaned the walls of the monotub with alcohol and just before putting in the poo and the spawn I wiped the walls with hydrogen peroxide. The mixing process was done in hurry so the result wasn't the best. SO there are some areas in the tub that are packed with spawn and some that are not. The box that I used for the monotub is 52cm wide, 39cm deep and 40cm high. It has 8x4cm holes that are covered with Tyvek. The Tyvek is taped to the wall with micropore.
I left the sides open because i wanted to see what's happening there. I'm gonna cover it up later. I keep 'tub in dark

I'm going to cover the walls before the fruiting. As long they aren't fruiting the cover isnt needed, right?

For how long should i wait? I can't take room temps any lower because of the summer. What should I do to get my monotub fruiting?

you want your substrate 100% WHITE before you case.
also for next time, add some tinfoil with holes on top of your poo during colonisation,
this will keep it from loosing moisture due to evaporation during spawn run.

Dumb Q's part #?
Is it a bad idea to break the mycelium down once more. I'm worried because the spot that isn't colonized and there is no spawn in the middle of it. Tub is about 90% colonized but this spot makes a big hole on it.

as you learn for next time it is important to mix your spawn in EVENLY and PROPERLY than stuff like that doesnt happen.
i wouldnt mess with the substrate anymore, you could however use a sterile spoon
to remove the uncolonized spot if it takes to long for you.
however if you do that, make sure you remove all of the uncolonized substrate, also below it.
