If one was wanting to make an informal documentary/ video presentation,

does anyone know of software to

* join movie clips together
* with still screens
* narrate over
* maybe transitions between scenes/music/zooming&scrolling of still frames

Not free. But Adobe Premiere is nice. Final Cut if you got a Mac. They're really not that hard of programs to learn if you're just gonna do basic stuff.

Thanks I'll mess around with it.

I'm trying to see if it will do still images (with camera panning). Maybe Title overlay can do an image?

Sony Vegas is a really good program for what you described. Very easy to work with, and fast.

ops, it's not free, but you can find it on some torrent sites :wink:
