Re: Fat people [Re: Anonymous #25]

I used to be really fat (290 at age 16) and no kidding it was because I lacked the self-awareness to NOT be fat. I ate whatever I wanted with ZERO guilt (I'm talking a box of poptarts for breakfast) and just was fat because I'd always been fat. My family wasn't fat, my friends weren't fat, but because I lacked the awareness that I was fat I was perfectly confident. Then one day for some reason or another I realized I was disgusting, a literal sack of meat. The realization occurred out of nowhere and I was no longer ignorant to how pathetic my body was. I fell into a pit of self-loathing and starved myself and did drugs until I weighed about 230. Then I got into fitness and worked myself down to 180. I'm 5'10" with quite a bit of muscle (it takes a lot of muscle to carry around 110lb of fat) so 180 is where my body sits comfortable. Right now I am 190 and have fallen into the habit of eating unhealthily again. As of right now I have been reminded that being fat sucks and I'm setting to goal to get to 175 in 3 months.

People let themselves get fat because nothing ever clicks in their brain that says its wrong, despite everything you hear and know, if it doesn't feel wrong (you aren't ostracized, life is enjoyable with friends family freedom etc) then its not necessarily a problem is it? I don't have a problem with fat people nor am I disgusted by them unless they don't take care of themselves at all (bad hygiene, no aspirations etc.) and there are skinny people that are like that as well.

Anyway, I believe that exercise and good diet is the key to healthy living. They say that an individual can live significantly longer on a very low calorie diet than even on what is recommended by various health organizations. This has been proven for most of the mammals closely related to humans.

Penis penis penis penis penis. Penis penis penis penis penis. Penis penis penis penis penis. Penis penis penis penis penis. Penis penis penis penis penis. Penis penis penis penis penis. Penis penis penis penis penis
Penis penis penis penis penis.

In conclusion I think being fat, smoking, driving excessively fast, eating "junk food" (even if your metabolism can handle it), isolating yourself from other humans, joining the army, and various poor lifestyle choices are all subtle manifestations of suicidal behavior.
