I saw this with a 2 year old PF/MR syringe but if I recall the growth was more whiteish. Your water in use may have a lot of endemic bugs growing in it which when cooked becomes some minor nutrition. I don't recall all the water types but some promote "in syringe" germination more than others...

grow it out!

if the syringe wasnot shit b4 then the spores start germinating after a while in the syringe....looks like sperm...cloudy little stuff...i luv that stage for inoculation
