Sporeprint...Not sure what to think

I bought my first print from a vendor. I'm not quite sure what to think about it. I'm not going to name them because I first want to run it by you guys. If it's an issue, I'll take it up with the vendor and only if I don't get satisfactory resolution would I air it publicly.
Good news: Print arrived very quickly.
I received a small zip lock plastic bag with foil inside. The foil has a dim 1/2" radius circle of a print. It's so dim that it's difficult to see unless you view it angled towards a light.
The corners of the bag have a nice amount of soot and really, the bag looks kind of dirty. So those are my spores. Nice!
"Contents may settle during shipping" is a reasonable explanation.
Not looking forward to digging them out of there but anyway...
So my question is: do I have a valid complaint? I expected to receive the print in doubled over foil, edges folded over to better contain the print.
As I said, I'm looking for reassurance telling me nothing abnormal or someone to tell me there is a quality issue. My perception is there's a quality issue but without experience, maybe the issue is expectation.
All said, I feel like I got a lot of spores from what I see in the bag but, grain of salt, I'm new.

Piss poor and something I would expect to see from the free spore ring. Spores dumped all over the place, in a bag I know for a fact cannot be autoclaved, so there goes sterility guarantee there. The "B+" written with a sharpie is in keeping with the rest of the package.
Definitely take it up with them. Even most of trades around here look 5x more presentable than that. If they won't resolve it, drop their name.

Actually, that reminds me of another question. Would you consider it an "industry standard" that the print be free of contaminants?
I ask because the zip lock was not completely "clicked." The sides were snug and clicked properly but there was a small bump in the center where it hadn't been "zipped."
Nowhere does this vendor say that to be the case and it's my fault for not having asked...
FYI: The bag seems like something you'd get from the hardware store with small parts in it. I suspect it's 1mil.
