I have traded for some thing on a few other site and now have comprised a sufficient base to start from.
I have 5 rye bags in mycobags with gas exchange and silicone injection port,
I have inoculated 4 with the mentioned strains in the title
South American , Mexi Cube, Columbian Joy, and B+.
I have all four in a tit ic right now at 77f, thye have been in there for 3 days now, I made the syringes from prints gifted from other sites and traded for, I am pretty sure all were clean not really any worries bout that!
I am also waiting on 6 wbs pints to come they should be here today. as these colonize, I am going to g2g spawn them to the jars, some of them others will be cased it my order from mycopath would process , I ordered the 14 the funds have been taken, I know they are probably swaped and at least I don't need it right now!
I also have a 4lb wbs bags comeing fromt hem at some time?
also I think that I have be able to revive a dried mushies specimen, I received ground mushies from a friend used a pinch on a piece of c. board and now I see white!!! I have a few pics of that and soon of everything else theres just not much to show right now!

Yea it was a total surprise to me, I had been reading and stumbled across a few pages of dried mushies being brought back and went for it, we will see were it goes from here.
I can wait till I get that fuzzy white goodness in my bags!

I have noted some growth today in my bags,
the sa is doing awesome making a line of myc down the incc point,
My Columbian joy has trich I'll try and get some pics but I am sure that is what it is,
none of the other bags are showing anything,
also mycopath got back up with me and the order is shipped!
I guess they sterilize for a few days??
either way it ons the way!
I hope to see something in the rest of them soon!
Here is the question, all the syringes were made in the same glove box , do you think that the contam was environment or in the syringe?

keep in mind that the others show nothing at this point , other than the one showing mycelium growing! and they were all made at the same time,

also could I leave the contamed bag open outside so that the myc that is growing will continue and the fresh air help with the trich?

Actually, when I re-read your first post, I see you traded for the prints. Therefore, you have no idea on how the people you traded off took the prints and how sterile they were. Quite possibly the problem is from the prints. But as I said it is impossible to say.

Oh sorry for the second question: you could but you would just be increasing your risk of further contaminations in the future by cultivating trich. You're better off throwing it out. Bury it in the ground and let nature do what it wants.

Help with trich??? all my experiences with trich were get rid of it NOW that stuff spread's like no man's business in my experience.

here's the best pic out of the bunch , sorry for quality but I broke my lcd so I am taking them blind ,so to speak!
I knocked up another jar with the CJ in hope to find that it was not the syringe that held the contam!!!
The bag that has the contam I noticed that the myc was out growing the trich so I deiced to try something with it,
I took it out side I grabbed a flower pot, I don't remember the size , no deeper than a foot,
placed some soil at the bottom bout 3 inches thick,
took som unpasteurized horse poo, it has been leeched and dryed, crumbled it up in a bucket,
chopped up a hand full of straw and mixed the contents of the bag in with the poo and straw, I then added a little dirt,
I mixed this well then poured it into the flower pot that has the dirt in it,
by this time I have about 1"/1/2 from the top so I case it with the same soil that layered the bottom and was mixed in with it about 1 inch thick!
I hope it works out, btw I left it outside in any event, I hosed down came inside and took a shower to was and riding trich spores!

I have one bag that is doing great and the others are not doing at all!
How long should I wait till I call the other bags quits?
and if The other bags are ok right now ( no contams) could I just freeze them and use when the bag that is doing good right now is ready to g2g?

The other SA bag is takeing off pretty good, The rest are not so I put them IN the freezer today in zip locks, and I am going to try to make some more syringes tonight, I am thinking TPB, b+ and I don't know 'll have to pick the rest later!
The growth on the cardboard had slowed a bit cause I let it get dried I will try to get some pics today for you all!

if you are going to reuse those frozen bags you might think about resterilising them just to be sure.

Yea I waws thinking that too but there is nothing in there right now I said to myself... I think I will at least steam them! I don't have a pc, do you think that fraction sterilization would work just as well for a re-do?

I don't think fractional sterilisation is supposed to work at all for grain. Personally, I've never tried though, so can't speak from experience.
