Theres liquid in my WBS jars during colonization
    #8429314 - 05/21/08 03:37 PM (15 years, 10 months ago)

I think it might be sweat from the heat. It's much cooler now. They are almost 100% colonized.

Is the liquid a bad thing?

Any help is appreciated.

if it is yellow then it is just metabolites, no harm, i have had jars sweat on the inside from temp flux, it's not the best thing too happen, but if you were careful and clean then you should be ok, especially if your at full colonization

Well if my first time is any experience =P I can tell you I had some moisture on the insides of the jars, a little bit of orange/yellow is fine. Check out my pictures, they came out wonderful ^_^
