Eat it and find out?
If anything the liquid portion evaporated but the crystal should still be there. It won't necessarily be lit up under the light.

If you took it and nothing happened then it was bunk unless stored improperly (like in a car for many hot days). The cid wouldn't have evaporated tho, that's BS.

The fact that he told you he was with the dealer and he saw everything go as plan makes me think that he is not lying to you. If he wanted to screw you over he would have just told you a lie. The dealer might not have waited long enough for the acid to absorb into the gum. I would not assume the worse though.

Yeah you have a right to be pissed either way I would say as you were ripped off. The question is how mad should you be... did he know he sold you bunk to make money or was it an accident. Did he say he tried it himself?

If he's not lying it's an absorption issue. However, I highly doubt that a dealer who deals it on a frequent basis wouldn't know to let it dry for a long time. Especially gum.

several times i've had acid sugar cubes that were always bunk, i think it has something to with the cid being exposed to more air perhaps? i wouldn't keep acid on any substance such as these for any longer period of time, i reckon it should only be applied to things like gum, sugar etc for immediate dosing.
i could be entirely wrong, perhaps there is something in the gum that has caused teh cid to degrade abnormally quickly?
Like I said, I've had sugar, that people who've had the same sugar (dosed as soon as they got it) tripped balls and mine (2-3 days later, stored in foil, in bag, in freezer) did nothing to me

I think there's so many oxygen molecules present in sugar it just makes for a bad, bad storage method. I've had the same thing happen to me with sugar cubes. Some of the finest lucy I've ever gotten has been wasted on the abominable things. Never again!

ive had sugar last for months. foil, tupperware.
gum is hit or miss. gum has only worked once for me, we wasted quite a few hits dropping them on gum. didn't work worth a shyte for anyone else. gum sucks, stick with cookies, or sugar cubes.

I believe both you and your friend have been had. LSD stays good for quite some time and it doesn't "evaporate".
try to be sure about what your getting if at all possible.
Stick to quality printed blotter or windowpane.

mushmellow is right. If LSD is in solution with say alcohol, the alcohol would evaporate but the LSD would be left behind.
Whether there was anything on that gum or not, I have a feeling that UV light is the last thing you should shine on your doses.
