I just read a post about fanning. One said fan once or twice a week the fruiting chamber, another said at least 3 times daily. Ive read that its 3 times daily too. Who is correct!!! And then no light is needed when the bacteria is forming on the substrate correct only in the fruiting process? thx

The important thing is to not allow CO2 to buildup. I've seen good results without fanning at all; for instance, the PF Tek doesn't even mention fanning, just opening the lid and spraying.

So does a 4 feet flour. work for fruiting light? AND can I place all my cakes in the same fruiting chamber even if they are different species?
