One persons sh*t is anothers treasure.
I say both............... as in:
Whatever is easy to get & works well for you.
Welll, to cut that a bit.
How about both..... mixed 50/50.
Best of both worlds

I'm with Matts on that, for his aforementioned reason. However.......wild cubensis seem to prefer moo for some reason, maybe because it dries out slower?

I believe it has something to do with the spores germinating within the cow's stomach(s).

Found this on a website:Question: What's in the Feed?
Answer: So you have heard some silly diddy about angry farmers wanting to stop our good time. Well, the truth is most of the time if the cows are fed supplements they will include anti fungals, which will halt the germination of spores in the multichambered bovine stomach. Mostly this is not to block mushroom production, more as a protection for the cattle. Why do you think you rarely find shrooms on dairies? Yes the cows can be fed something to stop shroom production, but salt licks do the trick too just not as effective. Sometimes you will hear legitimate tales of farmers who are sick of shroomers trashing the fields and fucking with the cows and as a final measure they will feed the cows. You can avoid this happening by using proper shroom courtesy. I know this isn't from a scientific journal, but it was the only thing I could find concerning cubensis, spore germination, and stomachs.

It would be neat to find out what the temperatures and conditions are within the cows digestive tract. I'll see if I can find any good info. There is a lot of agricultural science where I'm at. Maybe recreating the cows system could lead us to something new. Or just stinky.

in reference to spores germinating in a cows stomach, might be something there... But, what i do know is that cows have a symbiotic relationship with a certain type of Crane that hitches a ride on the backs of cows and eat all the flys gnats etc. that bug the cow,and mushrooom spores can be carried on the birds feathers falls on the cow doo doo and u know the rest!!!!!!!

i believe that cows digest things differently than most animals, hence the multiple stomachs. they don't have as much acids and crap to break it all down i think. that's probably why a horse poo pile doesn't have shrooms on it, even if they ingested spores.

cows poopies are great.
horse poopies are great too.
the mushroom cultivator likes horse poopies collected from stables
i prefer the cow poopie, it is so rich and good shit ya know, i like my cow poopies busted up and mashed and smashed and..seperate those little pieces of grass, i just like my cow poopie bucket to be pure poopie, none of that grass.
treat your poopie with some pasturization, youd better prepare that poopie good buddy
poopie is your friend
