Does anyone know about the rules of gaining unemployment? Can i still get it if i quit? Or if i get fired by not showing up can i get it? Any thoughts on this at all will help. thanx.

I was fired and I've been fighting the department of labor and my my former employer for 4 months on it, they claim I walked out, then they claim I did call, then they said all kinds of other shit
if you quit, you need a very solid reason

well there's like favoritism and double standards galore. People there are really negative and fucked up. I HATE going there to the point that it's fucking with my mental health. It's just to hostile of an environment to be there constantly. Is mental health a solid reason?

Just apply and say there was a lack of work or you were laid off. 99% of the time the company you were fired from or quit from never bothers to report it anyway and you will get your claim.

well ive been trying to get another job since i started this one bc i wanted 2. it's impossible to get a regular job in this town right now. im not sure if it's the economy or what.
