Well... my little pepper plant is about to have 50 ripe peppers, and I was wondering if anyone had any recipies for hot sauce.
I also had another question, How the hell do people get peppers so finely ground? I tried grinding them up in a food processor, but the peppers would not get as small as the bits in "normal" hotsauce. I've tried drying them in the oven, but I can't seem to find a temp that works. They always turn all brown(burnt looking) and shrivel up.
