    #8408430 - 05/16/08 06:28 AM (15 years, 9 months ago)

I found these growing in my front garden. I was looking out thinking wouldnt it be funny to find sumthing in my own yard and then there they were.

Found Western Australia Perth in woodchipped garden bed between two plants
Caps are brown, cream, coffee darker on the edge
Stem was white slight coffee hollow fiber and really snappy. snapped easay.
Gills are chocolate brown with a spore print of black.
No blueing on bruising.
Any Ideas Anyone ?

I agree, the way the caps are splitting makes it look more like Psathyrella than Panaeolus subbalteatus.
