... remember, proxies are a false sense of security, if someone really wants to track you down, they call the host that has the proxy running, tell them the date they saw their ip, and they see yours using that proxies address. kinda poitnless if you ask me, but that site has up2date ones.

I don't think anonymous proxies log ip addresses.
