Is it a blue-green? Does it seem to be a stain on the mushroom, or something actually on it?

Yea i think i know what you are talking about, on some of my shrooms was a blueish green stain running down the middle of the stem. i just took it cuz i didn't want to waste any shrooms and i was perfectly fine.

Sometimes, when they stain, the yellowish pigment in the stem and the blue color of oxidation "mix" to form a greenish tint. If you can't rub the greenish coloration off, it's probably normal..
