Just woundering! I searched but all i found is 10+ pages of posts with the words pinning, and liquid culture!
You know how the search works :wink: Pinning+in+liquid+culture .... :S

Any toughtes?? O.o

My thought would be: Read!

I've came across several threads, that dealt with this question, so I know, they exist.

The search function is a tool, not an Oracle.
You have to use it. Don't just wait for information to jump out of the monitor into your brain.

You'll find A LOT of useful info, even if you didn't specifically searched for it, and therefore, you'd use it, even more thoroughly!

However, pinning in LCs IS possible, though it happens rather rarely and isn't worth focusing on, since the "results" (it happens on accident...), are always very poor.

If cubes liked to grow in nutritious water, they'd probably would grow in old wells, and forgotten water buckets.

In addition, they require lots of FAE, which can't be provided, when working with an LC.

ive seen pictures of forgotten lc that have fully formed fruits on top of a layer of myc growing on the top of the lc.
