In reply to:
And can you pressure cook them or do they end up turning brown and brittle? How many layers should you use? one? How do you hold them on? Rubberband? Would the rubber band melt in the pressure cooker?

Yes you can pressure cook them....they won't change color, shape or form.
Use one layer.
You hold them on by using the steel or plastic lids.

Don't use Rubberbands!
Yes they would melt!

No real disadvantage to tyvk. You can PC or autoclave it without effect. You can get a 1 meter X 33 meter (3X100feet) roll at Home Depot for about $50. You do the math on how many quart jar filters that will  get you. SixTango

ugghhhh. PS. No rubber band required -- the filter goes under the lid .

A rubber -- rubber band will not melt in a PC @ 15 pounds, either. The Raccoon uses double coffee filters on the outside of the jar, held by rubber band, to keep contam crap from settling on the lid surface, ,.

All of it is PC'ed in an AA PC.

Thanks 6T, it's a really nice print, but for $2500.00 I can buy LOTS of spores and substrate and presents for my girlfriend who'll pose in any position I'd like and more.

I'll probably always do drugs, so that just contributes to the addiction to The Shroomery... It's a vicious circle of bliss. :tongue2:
