p. antillerum.....sorry about spelling, no guide with me. Not known to be active. Look for ps. cubensis, and coplandia cyenscens- panaleous tropicalous. The latter is very potent.

Those are NOT active. You are looking in the right areas though. Look for similiar looking mushrooms that stain VERY blue, those would be the Copelandia cyanescens.
There are 4 active mushrooms you could find.
Panaeolus cyanescens (can be found in cowfields) Psilocybe aztecorum Psilocybe mexicana Psilocybe cubensis (can be found in cowfields)
Good luck and Happy hunting!
P.S.
psilophile82, Panaeolus antillarum is no longer a valid species, atleast I think so. I believe they are now called Panaeolus semiovatus.
-------------------- Message me for free microscopy services on Psilocybe, Panaeolus, and Gymnopilus species. Looking for wild Panaeolus cinctulus and Panaeolus olivaceus prints.

Thanks for the quick ID. It sounds like BLUE staining/bruising is the key. Lots of different kinds of mushrooms around here. I guess its time for another walk.
