They're not too bad but even more fae would be better. Try picking off the little clusters to help the larger ones along for big clusters

they are sawdust bags from sporeworks

the bags were not cold shocked. they started fruiting spontaneously so i chopped off the tops and cut holes in the sides.

thanks for all the feedback.

when i woke up this morning i could tell they were not getting enough FAE.

they are in my shotgun FC right now, the only place i have to put them, with a fan in the same closet that circulates air through the FC enough to start drying out my Panellus block but apparently not enough for the oysters. i guess i will remove the top and bag up the Panellus to keep it moist.

yesterday i eat my blue oysters. my recipe is: prepare a dense tempura batter with regular flour, some corn flour and a little backing soda. add soy sauce and ajinomoto (sodium glutamate), add cold water until lumpy. wash the oyster, submerge in the tempura batter until totally covered and fry in oil + little sesame oil + some ajinomoto. let dry over absorbent paper.

make a broth with water, some shaved bonito and soy sauce. serve hot and submerge the oysters in the broth before eating. your family will be very happy!
