fluctuate by the hour? the other day it went from 3.27 to 3.41 in 12 hours...and today at the same pump it went up 3 cents in a matter of hours.
am i getting paranoid or does it seem big brother is looking over the shoulder more too?

its even more annoying the fluctuations between different places. there is a 10 cent difference if you go somewhere 10 minutes away, and even one gas station can be 3 cents different than the one immediately across the street from it. shit is ridiculous. i paid 3.92 for 87 octane today......

it seems like cigarette prices have dropped for us in the last few days with the recent hike in gas. i wonder if there is some sort of correlation or if it's just a coincidence.

that's so weird I was just thinking that yesterday at my gas station job. I was so used to cigs being certain prices... they all went down and I thought it must have something to do with gas prices going up.

aint got shit on australia, went from $1.00 a litre in 2006, to $1.60 today!

i wouldn't know. mine starts to top out around 115mph

Speaking of mph, I think coercing my friends into giving me car rides while on shrooms is a fantastic, intense feeling. Driving around the neighborhood feels like a rocket ship.

I'm sorry, I just do not like huge bikes for myself.
I appreciate them. A few of my friends have big bikes. I know they're more comfortable to ride.

It's my understanding that gas stations will buy their fuel at a certain price and keep it that way until they need to purchase more. It's how oil was handled at a company I worked for when I was 16.
Apparently such is not the case anymore in either industry. Unfortunate.
I find myself stopping at higher priced, more convenient locations to save gas. End up spending the same or less but at least it's on necessary consumer goods.

i just paid 3.55 a gal. North Carolina here. Man at the local gas station said it will be 4.10 when school gets out. this sucks. i am so glad that i live only two blocks from a market, couple of restaurants, and a bar most importantly.
