Creatinine IS so much more relevent to cultivation than any natural substrates that may be of benefit. Peace The "REV"

Hahahahaha A vegetarian only can get creatine from milk, if they dont drink milk then they do need to supliment because theyre not getting any. Unless they like looking pale, skinney and sick. As for a steak being 5 grams of creatine - NO. But a normal diet with some meat for breakfast or lunch and meat again for dinner plus two or three glasses of milk per day more than meets the required 2 to 5 grams.
A vegetarian does not need to supplement creatine, hell nobody really needs it for everyday day to day average joe. It is naturally produced in the body, too much supplementation shuts down the bodies own production of it.
As for drinking milk, it has no creatine.. as I said.
As for steak, like I said about a kilo for 5g, according to that site 3-6g per kilo. So much for getting 2-5g a day without supplementation from powder. I don't know where you got your facts from but I've never read anything other that what I have been saying about content for the last couple of posts. If you have the source kindly link it because I would love to read it.
