i guess the only difference would be suicidal people want to die. still we are knowing killing ourselves little by little

ive often asked myself the same question.. and whenever i offer someone a cig i ask them if they want to slowly commit suicide with me :frown:

I used to smoke a little every now and then until I realized what a joke it is.

It's pretty much slowly killing you with all the toxic additives and chemicals it's packed full of. The tobacco industry is peddling death to people, slowly but surely.

If it's the smoking part you like, get 'clean' pure pipe tobacco (even then its not that great) and if it's the nicotine you're after there's other alternative ways of getting your fix :justdontknow:

yeah but you can't blame cigarette companies, it's not like they want us to die.

I want to quit so bad but it is rather difficult.

i know it sucks..the addiction does come from the fact that i just want to smoke something, ill have to check out this 'clean' pure pipe tobacco

No, there are plenty of people who smoke for a significant amounts of their lives and don't get cancer. Just like there are people who don't smoke who get lung cancer at 29.

This life is all a crap shoot. I will quit, but right now I enjoy it. Life is too short not to do something you enjoy. When I stop enjoying it, which will probably come sooner than later to be dead honest with you, then I will quit. Committing suicide? Cell phones cause cancer. Are you committing suicide when you pick up a phone and call Ricky?

Maybe, but it's not like they care too much. They continue to keep the additives in the cigarettes....

They obviously aren't that interested in your health or welfare, just your money. And sure they lose money from all the tobacco deaths a year but it's no big deal to them I'm sure, you're easily replaceable by the who knows how many thousands of new smokers a year.

Just how the game works I guess, and the money keeps rolling in. :frown:

smoking cigarettes completely disgusting. my brothers crammed it in my head when i was little if i got caught i was getting the beating of a life time. nothing like terror to scare ya avoidance.

smoking grass once in a while, okay. people arent sparking joints every 15 or 20 min to feel normal

I'm cool with smoking herb though, but I don't even do that that much. Not as much as I would if I had a cleaner way of getting the THC, etc. to my lungs.

I have a bong and that's supposed to be better for you but I'm putting off when I really get my chief on for when I get a volcano or something :gethigh:

I don't really see any good reason to smoke. Cutting your wrists is basically a painless death, so I'd have to say smoking cigarettes is worse.
