Trippy cool electronic/techno?
    #8284290 - 04/14/08 09:33 PM (15 years, 10 months ago)

So a few months ago, I was watching some south american bikini video, and the music really grabbed my attention. I decided to google the lyrics, and it came back with Groove Armada "By the River." I downloaded a couple of albums, and I am hooked. I cant believe I never heard of them before, apparently theyve been around for years. I guess maybe I should get out more.

What else have I been missing? What are you guys picks for best/ trippiest electronic/techno?

I really like Ulrich Schnauss but he's chill, ambient, shoegaze type electronic music... trippy never-the-less.

Also Boards of Canada.

skazi is typical psytrance lol the beat lol. bump ba da bump ba da bump ba da. then random strange sound effects. ^.^ its so fun to bump up and down with the occasion jumping. i have to say i like hardstyle, trippy dnb, and that happy shit leads you on a adventure. theres so much good stuff out there as well as the bad tho. i cant say i care for overly ambient psytrance or full on psytrance(the one thats like really really really rough sex that just doesnt end) that much im content with the psytrance thats like simple rough sex that doesnt end

Stronger by Inez is pretty trippy...the female vocals combined with the bass is nearly overwhelming...when sober.

I can't imagine how good it would sound tripping..

All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particle of an atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together. We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter."  --Max Planck

Here's some Groove Armada. I know its mainstream compared to the stuff you guys are posting and not really the same genra, but I like it.

And here's a link my girl sent me. I don't know what it is, but I thought it was cool.
