Well if you have comited no crime that they know of they shouldent have probable cause. Tell them "no you can not search me" They are allowed to do whats called a terry search (named after some crackhead named terry belive it or not!)which is a simple pat down(no intruison into your pockets unless a wepon shaped object is found) besides that they cant just walk up and search you,we do have some rights you know!

be realistic, I was an IV meth addict that would score/inject multiple times a day, everyday. The only people driving 24/7 at all hours of night were the meth addicts.

I am relistic, even methhead have rights, driving around 24/7 is not a crime, short of violating local anti-cruising laws that some states have

Quote:

The cops were seasoned drug squads, after 30 years of dealing with drug users they know how to get their way. They followed you everywhere all the time, knew your dealers/cooks and every single move you made.

Regardless only a moron would let a cop search them if the cop didint have any legal right to,it sounds like you may have been paranoid/awake too long. A 10 year old could probably trick a tweaker into thinking he stole his nose, what makes you think a cop cant?

Quote:

They aren't noobs looking for simple possession, they would know when you were mixing up a shot in the parking lot but they wouldn't bother coming over because they couldn't be fucked wrestling with an addict with a used needle.

So what would they do just follow you around for fun 24/7?

Quote:

If you fucked with them, you get fucked back a hundred fold.

Did they tell you that?

I was on my bike at about 3am coming home from work one night,
cop stopped me and he commented "honest people are in bed at this hour"

my response got my head slammed into the hood of his car, he
discovered my pistol, took me straight to the jail, the booking
officer found my concealed carry permit in my wallet, I was
given a ride home. so remember, it's ok to say "so that explains
why you pigs are out here hassling me at 3 in the morning"

It's all about storing your bud inside envelopes... that way they can't charge you as a dealer if you have a bunch of baggies. Ziplock bags are just dead give-aways.

And once again why would anyone besieds a tweaker whos been up for 4 weeks open a door to a cop who didint have a warrent?

Know your rights,IMHO 99% of peoiple arested could have stayed out of jail if they only kept there mouth shut and knew there rights.

Its never in anyones interest to allow a officer to enter/search a residence or to talk to/search them.

doesnt work that way... if you're in the house, you're busted,
if you own the house and you're cooking, you're going to prison
and losing the house, if you're renting to a cook, you get raked
over to coals almost as bad as the people doing the deed

no, it's rather easy, meth monkeys arent the brightes bunch

this little piece of legislation allows government to sieze all
the assets and cash of those manufacturing, distributing and many
that are just in possession of drugs
