Checked out some new pine plantation today and there's literally THOUSANDS of Aminitas there. I'm sort of tempted to try them after all this talk. Been reading up a bit and they sound quite nice.

nearly every pine plantation i have seen has had hundreds of aminitas on the edges. They normally start growing early in the season aswell. they don't sound like my cuppa tea.

Not sure whether Amanitas are necessarily a good indicator of Subs but Subs are able to grow on pine needles (Pinus radiata) so I'm guessing that if you find Amanitas then Subs may well be in the same habitat. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
And it's still early, but yes, I've already found Subs in a couple of my old patches...a week or so ago.

Ask for an ID properly man. A shitty photo and a suspected brown spore print isn't enough. And make another thread, this is for finds, not random mushrooms you find.

shroomkma said: also... for ne one instresterd .. i had 8 grams dryed amanita tonight..
and i can say i FELT SOMETHING! and still am... i chucked twice .. nothing like my gf did.. i have slight jaw clenchers and eye wobbles or jolts .. sorta like a biccie... just no where near as intence ... i have some sort of vibe going thru my body.. witch has energy boosts... i can also picutre my self in my mind and see my self walking around picking amanitas ... my brain dosent feel conjested or clouded tho.. and my eyes go from feeling really heavy to feeling completely awake...
as i sit here and type this i feel as if my body is being pulled or moved in an up dicrection... sorta like sub body feeling.. but just not as intence..
prolly all sounds like crap... but 4 thos wanting to try amanitas ... u mind find this intresting....
and i wonder how i will think once i read it back 2my self in the morning..
its about 3 hours now since i took it and ive had slight sick feeling in my stumic nothing major.. no more throwing up... i didnt get no real visuals so to speek .. apart from seeing my self picking amanitas.. i did not smoke any weed for 2 hours once i got home witch i normaly have a cone straight away.. so 4 me not to smoke OR HAVE THE HEATER ON all nite is diffrent for me.. witch i belive has somethng to do with these mushrooms ive taken a mussle relaxent now 2 help me sleep...
maybe next time ill try 12 grams? and maybe a diffrent way of prepareing it... to get more stronger psycadelic effects?...
I think the most obvious effects the expansion of the dimensions of music - it sounds 'wider' and more intense. It also goes a long way to bring up repressions and stale emotions, like any psychoactive, but perhaps a.muscaria has a bit of focus towards washing out emotions but this might just be my personal experience.

You were after an opinion on what it is. Which in my book is an ID. If every inactive mushroom gets posted in here, the thread gets filled with shit. Do what you like, but its much better when its full of sub pics, not random shitty brown mushrooms.
And im not just directing this at you, just a general consensus from the years i've been here.

Shrooms from three different patches in different suburbs. One patch had around 200 rotten ones that would have been nice about a week ago.

Found two large subs today. There were a bunch of pins of what I think were also psilocybes. Good news.
