I heard in an interview that Maynard considered APC an extension of his feminine side, whereas Tool was more masculine.

I'm a huge Tool fan, could never get into APC tho. Personally, if I want femininity in music, I'll go with Bjork, Dresden Dolls, or Tori Amos.

Just one person though. Ok maybe ten. no more than 20. And that is in the whole world.

Ha ha ha. They are ok. But I love Tool.

A perfect circle is good to go to sleep to. APC is acceptable.

Tool is the shit though. Danny Carrey is from Paola, Kansas and went to school in Lawrence. So he wears a KU jersey every time they come here pretty much. He rocks it and points it out. Maynard wore an ATF jacket and a cowboy hat and buckle and then took off his hat and had a Mohawk at the concert here that we went to.

It was ( . y . )

Tool will always be my favorite band. Their music has connected with me on a pretty deep level. I don't mean to sound cliche but honestly, the meaning I've found in their music has basically changed my life.

Maynard's Puscifer had a couple good songs, Momma Sed mostly. But it didn't do much for me.

A Perfect Circle has a great sound and I like most of the songs, but the lyric content and musical depth isn't nearly as deep as Tool in my opinion. I really like all of their songs except a few off of eMotive, their cover of When the Levee Breaks was an insult.

Ashes Divide is pretty great. Billy Howardell did a good job. Some of the songs sound kind of pop-ish but that doesn't really bother me.
