i gotta go to work by 330, no time to comfortably finish it at this point. i mean i seriously watched the first 20 minutes, but there were 2 or 3 parts where i had to back up and watch it again and again just to get the key points of the conversations that were being held.

i'll try again when i get off tonite but im def goin by the library to get the book tomorrow morning. i know movies have a penchant for leaving out key details anyway.. i felt let down i watched requiem before i read it

I highly recommend having the patience to see this movie right through until the very end.

It has to be one of the best movies out there!

I didn't think it was too bad really. Certain words made me wonder, but overall, its not too bad, I've definitely seen worse. Try searching around for more sub files if you really want them, I think I'm going to pick up the book once I get out of school.

Yeah, good luck with trying to understand the book. It has a glossary in the back that I had to flip to about every half a page just in order to understand what the hell was going on. The movie, on the other hand, was pretty understandable.

Now, if you REALLY want a challenge deciphering unintelligible accents, try to figure out what the Pikey's saying in Snatch. :P

Ill admit this movie was a whole bunch of jibber jabber to me at first but after like 5 minutes i really bunkered down and focused and its actually really easy to understand i suggest turning treble up or something so you hear the voices more clearly maybe

Have you ever read A Clockwork Orange? I was like :what: until I decyphered the lingo.

hell yea. That book is insane! Loved it, I could understand most of the jibber words cos I'm from a Slavic descent. But seriously that book has the tendency to make you insane like Alex..  I even began talking like him in real life lol.
