ok so i decided to go out hunting on this rainy day in Oregon and sure as shit i found some shroomies. out of pine mulch on forest floor.

Area: Forest cover, pine mulch
Gills: white, attached
Stem: rustic brown color about 1/4"-1/2" thick
Cap: Brown, convex, 1 1/2"-4" in diameter.
Spore print color: (undergoing)

I'm changing the second half of this posting cause i just got back in from hunting a little more and i think i found something a little bit more interesting. let me know what you guys think of these too...

Area: Thick forest, often under ferns.... some were actually growing right out of a pine cone ?:)
Gills: white, not attached
Stem: light brown- white-ish
Cap: Brown, concave, very tiny
Spore print color: (undergoing)
Bruising: not sure yet (drying)
Location: Picked in Oregon, US

hmm.... they have quite a unique stench haha the first type has a very faint faint smell and its hard to pinpoint it, but the second type has an almost pepper-like smell and i actually have this one huge cap... i'm trying to get spore prints but i've had them sitting for about an hour now and nothing.... quite odd

I'm looking through my field guide for them. I found some like the second one in Colorado near Million Lake and Clear Creek Falls. Same peppery smell.

I'm thinking those are some kind of Lactarius. Not sure which species though.

The new ones you posted are a Mycena species, they can be very prolific in forests. No activo.

Psilocybes in your area are out of season. They generally fruit in the fall and winter months there.
Panaeolus subbalteatus would be your best bet right now. Check in ritzy or newer neighborhoods in freshly laid sod. Also check the massive piles of horse dung some farmers pile up when cleaning out stables, and check rotting hay bales.
Actives arn't necessarily easy to find.

You should do some research on edibles. Since you're finding Lactarius and Mycena, I'd bet you have forests on your land which could potentially produce some killer edibles this fall.
