1) most any data burning software will make an MP3 cd. If its just for backup, you can do it anyway you want.
If you want to have it playback, you will most likely have to structure the folders.
2) Not really sure, you may have to hack or crack your 360 to play a burnt DVD. Or its a 9GB virus, lol
3) I havent used a PC in many years, so srry.
4) Which program has priority in real time, basically it has priority right now until its task is done, and it will use most of the CPU cycles.
5) again srry, gonna have to get a PC guy in here.

1. I use nero, really any burn program is fine, with 4000 songs though, might want to think of backing up on a dvd. Also, for back up, make a data cd if you chose to use cd's, not an audio cd. If you choose data, it puts the straight mp3 format on there. If you choose audio cd in whatever program, it converts to wav files so it will play in home/car cd players.
2. Yes you can, but your 360 dvd-rom must be modified to play them. Chances are it is not a virus, but still could have one, if you have a virus scanner that is worth a shit, no need to worry, it should catch it.
3. CCleaner is a good one, it is free too. RAM booster is bullshit, you can't make your hardware faster with software. Adding more RAM is the single most effective upgrade, if you only have a small amount.
4. No clue, try google.
5. http://www.processlibrary.com/ just search them there, if you don't need them, then end process. After that got to Start --> Run, type "msconfig" without the quotes. go to startup tab, and disable any programs you don't need to run at startup.

Data CD/DVD. Which ever media you choose, you will most likely have to manually create the folders, unless your library is already setup like that.
If it is just copy the folders over. Else you will have to make each folder, and put your files in accordingly.

your computer will not be powerful enough to play xbox360 games, no home pc's will be fast enough for a while. To play system games on a pc, you have to emulate the system through software...not possible for 360

Hah, don't make me laugh. My comp > Xbox360.
Take a look at this: http://news.teamxbox.com/xbox/11651/Crytek-Next-Gen-Consoles-Are-Too-Weak-for-Crysis/
The "next-gen" consoles are already becoming obsolete.
It's certainly possible to make an emulator, it's just no one has started yet.

> 4) Wtf is realtime priory?
Without context, it is difficult to know for certain. However, based upon your other questions, I assume you are referring to process scheduling. If that is the case, then realtime priority is an attribute assigned to a process by the operating system to indicate the process should be scheduled with a high priority in order to handle real time events as they occur rather than queuing them to handle at a later time. Usually, it is a bad idea to mess with process priority settings; let the OS decide what to do.

i'm sure it is more powerful, as is mine and many other peoples, but try and run an n64 emulator or ps2 emulator or even dreamcast and see how many games actually load and play well on there. It takes a crapload more power to emulate hardware through software running on other hardware...good luck on seeing an xbox360 emulator working on a home computer in the next few years. And I can almost guarantee someone out there is working on one.

Generally speaking, the hardware has to be three times as powerful to successfully run software emulation.
