Healthy lifestyle & eating

So as some of you may know I'm on the master cleanse and feeling fantastic. But I'm scared that when I break the fast I won't know what to eat for I was so used to eating toxic foods. I would prefer to completely change my diet possibly to raw foods only. What would be the best way to go about doing this? If you could just give me a timeline from monday-sunday of the foods I should eat I'll give you five shrooms! Help I'm confused and don't know the best way to approach this. peace

As some people know, RAW foods are one of my favorite topics. Eating raw has truly changed my life, and I too got into it after fasting, and never looked back.
here are some sites that may help you on your journey:
http://goneraw.com/ (my second home, other then the Shroomery)
http://www.purelyraw.com/ (awesome info, and check out the raw ingredient list and the dead food list)
A typical day for me when I transitioned to raw was this:
Breakfast: Green smoothie (kale, spinach, pineapple, banana, and more; anything that you like to give it a yummy taste!)
Lunch: Big green salad with all types of veg, dressed with a raw dressing of apple cider vinegar, cold-pressed olive oil, sea salt and lemon juice, with something sweet like blended dates (or honey, if you're not vegan).
Dinner: Another big salad or a gourmet raw dish (goneraw has a ton of lovely recipes that satiate cravings for cooked foods).
Snacks were always fruit prepared in different ways, or soaked nuts and seeds.
Now that I've been 100% raw for awhile, I don't need smoothies as much, and I just dress my salad with lemon juice and olive oil, plus sea salt and maybe some other different spice. And I no longer consume nuts and seeds because they make me feel heavy (very filling!) Instead I use cold-pressed oil and avocado as my fat source.
But when I first transitioned, green smoothies were key to kicking my SAD (standard american diet) cravings in the ass, and were really filling. You want to get as many greens in you as you can. Be cautious with nuts and seeds, since not all of them are truly raw...but I'll tell you that they DO fulfill a need for "heavy dinners" so if you need something heavy in your belly, go for the nuts.
The main rule with raw is: JUST EAT RAW! Eat until you are satisfied. I never feel lacking for anything as a raw vegan; I always feel provided for and never feel like I am missing out. I don't miss any traditional SAD food, because I can nullify those desires with RAW food. The key is to look past the individual craving and see what your body is REALLY asking for, and then give it a raw version that will satiate that need. If you want something fatty or heavy, eat nuts, avocado, or a salad heavy with cold-pressed oil. If you need something starchy, make raw potato chips (delish!) or munch on some broccoli or other veg.
If you need warming foods, dress your RAW food with ginger or cayenne pepper and you will warm RIGHT up.
Nowadays, my raw diet is very simple, just fruit and salad mostly with the occasional dehydrated treat, but when I first transitioned, I used a lot of the recipes found on the web and on Goneraw.com. I took a lot of satisfaction in preparing my raw meals, in a way that I never did when I was cooked. That place is great!
Some of the keys to staying raw are to make sure you always have raw food on you, and more then you'll think you'll eat! And eat as much as you like. RAW food is very friendly to the digestive system, and the most important thing, especially in the beginning of your transition, is to STAY SATISFIED.
Remember, going raw is a journey...and a beautiful one that everyone takes at their own pace. Go easy and gentle on yourself and remember that eating raw foods is a positive and healthy change for your body. There will be bumps along the road and you will experience detox symptoms occasionally during the first few months, but you will also experience more energy and vitality then you know what to do with, and you'll GET A GLOW that everyone will notice. Everyone transitions at their own pace...
I could go on and on, but use the sites I provided and get some yummy recipes that you enjoy (EAT the raw foods you love!) and then go for it...
It's really helped me in every way possible, and I hope it does the same for you.
I'm eating kiwi right now...can't get enough of those little buggers.

I should add...
I broke a fast on some ripe pineapple once and nearly died of bliss.
I recommend you eat fruits only for a few days after your cleanse is over, then move onto salads if you feel like it.
Don't overthink it. Just eat raw...

Shop around the periphery of the grocery store. Fresh meats, veggies/fruits, dairies, and nuts.
Then focus on whatever you respond to the best.

Pyro: How is your response appropriate to this request? "Fresh meats and dairies" are most definitely not raw.
Krishna: Peanut butter is not raw, either. You can get raw almond butter, but peanuts must be roasted to be edible.
reefer: Check out the links which MOTH provided, and see if you can find raw food "cooking" classes in your area. When you are just starting out, it helps to talk to people who are experienced with a raw food lifestyle. IMO, a mostly raw diet is both healthier and easier to maintain. During transition, try for 50/50, with the goal of a maintenance diet of 70/30 (raw/cooked). Going 100% raw is great for cleansing, but seems too strict for everyday.

I didn't think he meant just raw foods. Raw foods is only one of his options he's looking at.
Hopefully.

i love a great many raw foods, but i just cannot survive on raw foods alone. im sure i could, but with my physically intense and demanding job, it just wasnt working, i went completely raw for 1 month and i just could not adapt, i always felt weak.
not to mention i just love other foods. if you can do all raw, i applaud you, it takes serious willpower to change over to it.
if you find that you cant adjust to raw and it is not for you, i found a very good alternative is to eat very little meats(i usually have fish once a week, turkey or chicken once a week and thats it.), eat mostly fruits and veggies, but legumes and grains are very healthy and spice things up. i felt very limited when it came to raw. IMO as long as you eat wholesome, home made meals and you cut out all of the crap, its nearly as good as raw.

i just switched over to whole wheat pasta (i'm a poor college student) and the taste difference is negligable and it costs around the same.
I've been making little changes in my diet such as this and i feel a lot better on-the-whole
