Yes, you "milk" the glands behind their eyes. Killing them is totally unecessary, and of course, then you wouldn't be able to get more later.

I think they kill them down under because they are an introduced species that is havoc on native animals. I love amphibians, but in this instance I can understand there destruction.

Killing humanely due to over-population of a non-native species > killing by using the toads as balls in various racket and club sports because you think they are a nuisance.

There is no such thing as Conocybe aeruginascens.

No one here has tried Inocybe aeruginascens.

You should ask Gartz about it, I bet he knows some people that have.
